⚡ Storm Damage & Insurance Claims
From the first inspection to the adjuster meeting to final installation — Right Time Roofing manages the entire insurance process for you.
Our Process
Most homeowners don't know what their policy actually covers. We do — and we make sure you get every dollar you're entitled to.
We assess all visible and hidden damage — including soft metal, flashing, and gutters — and document everything with photos.

Actual storm damage documented during a Right Time Roofing inspection — this is what adjusters need to see.
We prepare a detailed estimate ready for your insurance carrier, formatted the way adjusters expect to see it.
We meet your adjuster on-site and advocate for a fair settlement. We know what full coverage looks like — and we push for it.
Once approved, we schedule your installation immediately. If the initial offer is low, we file a supplement on your behalf.
Installed to code, inspected, and backed by our workmanship warranty and TAMKO product warranty.
Why It Matters
Insurance companies have adjusters working for them. You should have someone working for you.
Authorized through the Texas Department of Insurance to perform and certify windstorm installations required for insurance coverage in Brazoria and Galveston County.
Why It Matters on the Gulf Coast
If you live in Brazoria or Galveston County, your windstorm policy likely requires any roofing work to be performed by a WPI-8 authorized contractor. If it isn't, your coverage can be voided.
Right Time Roofing is WPI-8 authorized through the Texas Department of Insurance. Every installation we perform in windstorm territory is properly certified and documented.
Verify Your Coverage →Common Questions
Will I really pay nothing out of pocket?
In most storm damage claims, yes. Your insurance covers the full replacement cost minus your deductible. We'll tell you what to expect before any work begins.
What if my adjuster already gave me a low offer?
Don't accept it yet. We can review the adjuster's scope and file a supplement for any damage or code upgrades they missed. This is extremely common after Gulf Coast storms.
How long does the claims process take?
Typically 2–4 weeks from inspection to approved claim. Once approved, we schedule installation immediately. Emergency tarping is available same-day for active leaks.
Do you work with all insurance companies?
Yes — we've worked with all major carriers including State Farm, Allstate, USAA, Farmers, and TWIA.
What if my claim is denied?
We'll document why the denial is incorrect and help you appeal. We'll refer you to the right resource if needed.
Every day of delay gives the insurance company more room to deny. Call us today for a free inspection.
