- Register the referral first. Your name must be on the referral form or card, or given to us by the customer, at or before their first contact with Right Time Roofing. If two people refer the same customer, the first one registered gets the reward.
- What qualifies: A full roof replacement by Right Time Roofing that is contracted, installed, and paid in full. Repairs, inspections, gutters, and partial jobs don't qualify. Rewards for commercial projects are set in writing before work begins.
- When you get paid: By check or electronic payment within 14 days after we receive final payment on the job.
- No rewards on your own roof. The property owner getting the roof can't receive a reward, rebate, or credit for their own project. Rewards are never used to pay, waive, or rebate an insurance deductible, as Texas law requires (Texas Insurance Code, Ch. 707).
- Eligibility: Referrers must be 18 or older. We may ask for a W-9, and we report payments to the IRS as the law requires.
- Licensed professionals, such as real estate or insurance agents, are responsible for following their own licensing and brokerage rules on referral fees.
- Changes: Right Time Roofing may change or end this program at any time. Referrals registered before a change are honored under the terms that applied when they were registered.
