Right Time Roofing was founded by people who saw too many homeowners get shortchanged after major storm events — adjusters lowballing claims, out-of-state crews doing substandard work, and homeowners left with repairs that didn't hold.
We started this company to do it right. That means honest assessments, real credentials, and a crew that was here before the storm and will be here long after.

OUR STORY
It started with a decision.
For years, I thought about starting my own company. I had the experience, the relationships, and the confidence to do it. What held me back wasn't fear of failure — it was loyalty. I genuinely cared about the people I worked with and convinced myself staying put was the right thing to do.
Eventually, I realized something important. The people whose approval I had been chasing weren't the people I needed to impress.
The only people I need to impress are my wife and my two boys.
That realization changed everything. When I launched Right Time Roofing, my family and I were going through one of the most financially challenging periods we'd experienced since graduating college. We were living carefully, watching every dollar, and taking risks that felt uncomfortable.
Around that same time, my oldest son started T-ball. Even though money was tight, I sponsored his team. Seeing the Right Time Roofing logo on the back of his jersey meant more to me than any sales award, bonus, or title ever could. Today, that shirt is still one of his favorites.
Yes, we install roofs, perform repairs, help property owners navigate insurance claims, and protect homes across Brazoria County and the Texas Gulf Coast. But the mission is bigger than roofing.
I wanted to build a company that gives me the freedom to be present for my family, serve customers the way I believe they should be served, and create something my children can be proud of.
Every decision we make is guided by a simple principle: Do what's right for the customer. Sometimes that's a full roof replacement. Sometimes it's a repair. Sometimes it's simply giving honest advice.
Our goal isn't to be the biggest roofing company in Texas. Our goal is to become the company people trust enough to recommend to their family, friends, neighbors, and local businesses.
